This is an 11 oz. white ceramic coffee mug that is imprinted on both sides with the same design.
We use sublimation ink for imprinting. This process is permanent into the finish of the mug. It is microwave and dishwasher safe. (Dishwasher top rack) This is NOT a vinyl.

These mugs ship in a 4x4x4 box that is tested to be 200# crush proof.

The mugs are shipped priority usps mail-once we have gotten them to the post office we can not control the delivery time. That is out of our hands, especially at Christmas time. We will send you the tracking number. Most of the time the post office does very good delivery time, BUT please allow extra time just in case.
